GUIDE FOR FILIPNO BUYER'S IN ABROAD
1. Select and get the details of property or project that you want to buy.
2. Authorize your family/friend/relative to be your
lawfull attorney in-fact. Please secure a Special Power of Attorney (SPA) at the Philippines Consul where you are currently living abroad.
3. Pay your reservation through your preferred mode of payment.

4. Scan and submit all the documents by email except the SPA.

For PAG-IBIG Financing: plus 2 years membership or One time lump sum payment to avail
financing loan but without having default Pag-big loan or became a loan guarantor/co-maker.

How to qualify yourself if realy qualified to avail a mortgage / financing loan to determine your financial capacity to pay.
  * Your monthly ammortization will be multiplied by 3 in order to get the Bank/Pag-ibig required family 
    monthly income.
  * If in some cases that you can not met the income requirements with your payslip alone. You can use your
    some incomes with bank estatement as supporting document for loan approval too.

Important Reminders:
If you are separated be sure to produce the spouse waiver of rights, otherwise you will be disapproved.
